Initial Consultation: The first step in the production process of the acoustic wall panels is an initial consultation with our design experts. During this consultation, we will discuss your project’s specific needs, preferences, and budget. 

Acoustic Panel Design: After the initial consultation, our designers will create detailed drawings and collaborate with you to ensure that the design meets your needs and preferences.

Fabrication: Once the design is finalized and approved, we will begin the fabrication process. Our skilled craftsmen will cut and shape the wood panels according to the design plan, ensuring precision and accuracy throughout the process. During production, we can also provide you with photos upon request to track your order’s progress.

Installation: After the fabrication is complete, the  Wood Slat Wall Panels will be delivered and installed into the space by the 1BENMU installation team. We will ensure that the installation process is seamless and efficient and once the installation is complete, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that the acoustic panels meet your needs and 1BENMU’s highest standards of quality.

1. Avoid Water Damage: Acoustic wall panels can be damaged when exposed to moisture or water. Be careful when cleaning the panels and avoid using water, as this can cause damage to the wood. If water is spilled on the panel, be sure to wipe it up immediately to avoid any damage.
   
   
2. Use Soft Brushes for Cleaning: When cleaning your acoustic wall panel, use a soft-bristled brush or a clean, soft cloth to gently remove dirt and dust from the surface. Avoid using any abrasive cleaners or scrub brushes that can scratch or damage the panel.
   
   
3. Keep it Dry: It is important to keep the acoustic panel dry to prevent warping or damage. Be sure to maintain proper ventilation in the room and avoid exposing the panel to excess moisture or humidity.
   
   
4. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Exposure to direct sunlight can cause the color of the acoustic material to fade over time. Avoid placing the panel in direct sunlight or in areas where it will be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
   
   
5. Apply Protective Coating: To protect your acoustic wall panel from wear and tear, consider applying a protective coating or sealer to the surface of the material. This will help to prevent damage and extend the life of the panel.
