Solid wood slat doors production and installation process
The production process of custom slat doors includes:
Initial Consultation: The first step in the production process is to have an initial consultation. During this stage, 1BENMU’s design experts will discuss your needs, preferences, and budget. Our team will also take measurements of the space where the wall slats will be installed to ensure a proper fit.
Wooden Slat Doors Design: Our designers will create detailed drawings and will work closely with you to ensure that it meets your needs and preferences.
Fabrication: When the slat door design is finalized and approved, we will start the fabrication process. 1BENMU craftsmen will cut and shape the materials according to the design plan. During the production, we can also provide you with the photos upon request, so you can track your order.
Installation: Finally, the wood slat doors will be delivered and installed into the space by the 1BENMU installation team. When the installation is complete, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that the wall slats meet your needs and 1BENMU’s highest standards of quality.

Tips for taking care your of your slat doors
