Each slat is carefully crafted from premium roasted ash wood, a material known for its durability and resistance to outdoor elements. What’s Included: Each set comes with 20 premade slat units, without the panels.
Standard Wall Slat Sizes (or request a custom size).
- Small: 3/4″W x 3/4″D (1.9cm x1.9cm)
- Medium: 3/4″W x 1 1/2″D (1.9cm x 3.8cm)
- Large: 1 1/4″W x 3″D (3.175cm x 7.62cm)
Finish: Natural oil wood finish that is easy to maintain, and keeps the natural look and feel of the wood.
Production time: 4-8 weeks
Payment Options: Credit Cards, Paypal, E-transfer, or Cash.
During checkout, you can pay the full amount or a 50% upfront deposit so we can start the project.

Solid Patio slats production and installation process
The production process of custom outdoor slats includes:
Initial Consultation: The first step in the production process is to have an initial consultation, so we can discuss your needs, preferences, and budget. Our team will also take measurements of the space where the patio slats will be installed to ensure a proper fit.
Patio Slats Design: Our designers will create detailed drawings and will work closely with you to ensure that it meets your needs and preferences.
Fabrication: When the outdoor design is finalized and approved, we will start the fabrication process. 1BENMU craftsmen will cut and shape the materials according to the design plan. During the production, we can also provide you with the photos upon request, so you can track your order.
Installation: Finally, the patio slats will be delivered and installed into the space by the 1BENMU installation team. When the installation is complete, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that they meet your needs and 1BENMU’s highest standards of quality.
