1BENMU Warranty

Thank you so much for choosing 1BENMU. We’re proud to stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. As part of our ongoing commitment to your satisfaction, we’re pleased to provide the following 1-Year Limited Warranty for all eligible projects completed by our team.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion or final installation, whichever comes later.

What’s Covered

Millwork and Custom Woodwork

• Covers manufacturing and installation defects under normal use.

General Construction Works (if applicable)

• Includes framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and tiling done by our team.

Installation Services

• Applies to cabinetry, panels, trim, and built-ins installed by 1BENMU.

Please note: This warranty applies only to the original scope of work performed by 1BENMU and assumes regular, reasonable use.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications by others
• Moisture issues, leaks, or environmental factors beyond our control
• Materials or fixtures not supplied by 1BENMU
• Colour or finish changes due to aging or sunlight exposure
