We then schedule a site visit to assess the existing condition of your basement kitchen and laundry room and gather the details needed for accurate planning.

Design Support and Planning: Our in-house design team collaborates with your architect, designer, or directly with you to plan the layout, cabinetry, and utility access for your basement kitchen and laundry area. Once your vision is aligned with the functional requirements, we prepare a detailed design plan, including layout drawings, appliance placement, millwork details, and plumbing considerations.

Basement Permits and Compliance: If any structural changes or plumbing and electrical upgrades are required, we assist with all necessary permits and regulatory approvals. Whether managing submissions ourselves or coordinating with your architect, we ensure full compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

Demolition and Construction: Our contractors begin by carefully removing outdated finishes, flooring, or utility lines as needed. We then proceed with any required structural adjustments and prepare the space for new plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems tailored to your basement kitchen and laundry layout.

Millwork Fabrication: While on-site work is in progress, our millwork team fabricates all custom cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and storage units in-house, based on the approved design. Each piece is built for functional use and seamless integration in your basement space.
