Reports to: Marketing Lead and Project Manager

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Millwork Production, Interior Design & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role spans production drafting, CNC preparation, project coordination, interior design support, and daily content creation. You’ll help move projects from concept to fabrication while contributing to our digital presence.

Job Responsibilities

1. Millwork Production & CNC Support

• Create Mozaik production drawings, cutlists, and cabinet breakdowns
• Generate nesting layouts and CNC cut-ready files for fabrication
• Prepare detailed installation drawings based on site measurements
• Review drawings with the shop team to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with production standards
• Assist with hardware references, material verification, and file organization

2. Project & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with production and installation teams regarding schedules, materials, and updates
• Assist with site measurements, installation prep, and documentation
• Communicate drawing updates, cut sheets, and revisions to installers
• Track project progress using Monday.com or similar PM systems
• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and weekly updates

3. Marketing & Content Creation

• Edit and produce daily videos and photos for marketing use
• Create posts for Xiaohongshu (小红书), Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Maintain an organized media library and project content archive
• Capture progress photos/videos on-site when needed
• Support brand consistency and visual storytelling across platforms

4. Interior Design Support

• Assist with concept development, material palettes, and design proposals
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and layout options as needed
• Produce or assist with construction drawings for residential and commercial interiors
• Support designers with product research, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Coordinate design intent with the millwork production team when required

Qualifications

• Experience with Mozaik (or strong ability to learn quickly)
• Understanding of millwork construction, cabinetry components, and joinery
• Drafting skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms
• Ability to read and produce interior design & construction drawings
• Experience with video and photo editing
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload across production, design, and marketing
• Strong communication in English (Mandarin is an asset)

Nice to Have

• Experience generating CNC cut-ready files or using nesting software
• Millwork fabrication or CNC shop experience
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu content styles and social media best practices
• Experience with Monday.com, Odoo, or other project management tools
• Background in interior design, architecture, millwork technology, or related fields

Job Responsibilities

Programming & Operation

• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Set up and program CNC machines based on Mozaik or G-code (Mozaik experience preferred)
• Load material and operate CNC equipment to drill, cut, groove, and process panels
• Ensure finished parts match specifications and tolerances provided by Engineering

Quality & Process Control

• Measure and inspect components to ensure accuracy
• Troubleshoot and reprogram the machine when necessary
• Maintain logs and documentation of machine settings, production outputs, and maintenance activities

Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operating experience (woodworking)
• Ability to read technical drawings and shop plans
• Strong attention to detail and good mechanical judgment
• Comfortable in a physically active role

Preferred:

• Experience with Mozaik software
• Previous work in custom millwork or cabinet manufacturing
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team player with a positive, reliable work ethic

Job Responsibilities

• Develop designs based on the client’s requirements using Mozaik or SketchUp
• Generate and modify full sets of shop/production drawings in Mozaik or SketchUp
• Dealing with contractors and other businesses with their space layouts and design process based on provided measurements, then generating quotes and invoices
• Answering phone calls, inquiries, and taking phone orders
• Responding to customer emails – type out orders, dealing with claims, emailing customers invoices and drawings
• Follow up with customer payments, customer orders, revisions, shipment status, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Must be able to generate full sets of shop/production drawings in Mozaik or SketchUp
• Possess experience in high-end cabinetry design and production
• Possess experience in client-facing environments that require design guidance and project management
• Possesses technical understanding of cabinetry structures and the build process, considered an asset
• Ability to develop a complete design plan from concept to installation
• Ability to prepare drawings for client presentations
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in SketchUp is considered an asset
• Highly proficient in hand sketching
• Ability to render is considered an asset
• Possess strong teamwork ethics to support inclusivity and maintain high team morale
• Ability to work closely with staff designers and production employees
• Ability to prioritize and allocate time to each client based on project requirements, while continuing to support the production stages of other projects
• Ability to remain productive and efficient under minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities

Lead & Client Support

• Respond to and log incoming client inquiries (WeChat, website, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
• Assist in qualifying leads and gathering initial project requirements
• Schedule site visits, consultations, and follow-up calls
• Maintain CRM records (Odoo or equivalent) with up-to-date client and project data

Quotation & Documentation

• Assist in preparing draft quotations, estimates, and scope summaries based on input from the project lead
• Organize project folders, contracts, design files, and approvals
• Use and update templates for pricing, materials, and service packages

Project Coordination Support

• Help track project timelines, materials, and deadlines
• Follow up with clients on documentation or approvals when required
• Communicate with internal teams (design, millwork, construction) to relay updates or changes

Workflow & Admin Assistance

• Keep Notion, Monday, or other project management tools current
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and weekly follow-up lists
• Contribute to internal process improvements (template organization, document versioning, etc.)

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong attention to detail, especially in writing and documentation
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Mandarin is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and CRM/project tools (Notion, Odoo, Monday.com preferred)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn about design, construction, and custom millwork processes

Preferred:

• Experience in administrative, sales support, project coordination, or client services
• Interest in interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate is a plus
• New graduates in relevant programs (design, business, architecture) are welcome to apply
